How refunds, cancellations, and revisions are handled for custom songs and videos
Because Songs By Sugar creates highly personalized, made-to-order songs and tribute videos, most projects are not eligible for a full refund once creative work has begun. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
All custom song and video projects are non-refundable once production has begun. Production includes any of the following:
If you request a cancellation before any creative work has started, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Songs By Sugar, depending on any time already invested in consultation, planning, or communication.
All songs, videos, and related digital files are delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been delivered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable content.
Minor wording or detail adjustments may be offered as a courtesy at the discretion of Songs By Sugar. Larger changes, alternate versions, or major rewrites may require an additional fee based on the time and scope involved.
While every effort is made to meet requested dates, event deadlines are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing. Songs By Sugar is not responsible for any indirect loss if a project is not delivered by a desired event date due to factors beyond our control.
If you experience technical problems accessing or downloading your files, we will gladly work with you to re-send links or provide alternate formats whenever possible. Technical delivery assistance does not constitute grounds for a refund once the project has been created.
