3. Prohibited Uses

Unless explicit written permission is granted by Songs By Sugar, you may NOT:

• Sell, resell, or license the content
• Upload the content to monetized platforms

• Distribute the content for profit
• Claim authorship or ownership of the music or lyrics
• Create derivative works for sale or commercial use

4. Business & Brand Theme Songs

Business or brand theme songs may include limited promotional usage as outlined in a separate written agreement. Commercial broadcast, paid advertising, licensing, or resale requires explicit written authorization and may involve additional licensing fees.

5. Copyright Enforcement

Unauthorized use of Songs By Sugar content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in:

• Takedown requests under the DMCA
• Suspension of platform accounts
• Civil legal action for damages

6. Client Credits & Attribution

Clients may credit Songs By Sugar as the creator when sharing their custom song or video. Proper credit helps protect the artist and supports continued creative work.
